Lấy ruột dưa hấu cắt thành khúc, cho vào máy xay sinh tố.
Thêm 1 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh và 1 muỗng canh đường.
Xay nhuyễn dưa hấu đã trộn nước cốt chanh và đường.
Dùng chiếc rây lưới, lọc lấy nước dưa hấu vừa xay xong.
Đổ hỗn hợp nước dưa hấu vào từng chiếc ly nhựa nhỏ. Chỉ nên đổ khoảng 3/4 ly.
Chanh cắt lát mỏng. Dùng que kem đã chuẩn bị sẵn đâm xuyên lát chanh.
Đặt que gỗ gắn lát chanh đặt vào cốc nước hỗn hợp dưa hấu. Đảm bảo lát chanh chạm vào mặt nước dưa hấu.
Lần lượt xếp những cốc hỗn hợp nước dưa hấu vào ngăn đá tủ lạnh, để qua đêm. Giờ bạn đã có kem dưa hấu vừa thơm ngon vừa đẹp mắt cho ngày cuối tuần.
