Làm nóng trước lò nướng ở 180 độ C. Tôm rửa sạch, cắt bỏ chân và râu, ướp với 5g bột quế, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1/3 muỗng cà phê tiêu và 20ml dầu ô liu trong khoảng 5-10 phút.
Sả cắt lấy phần củ trắng, chẻ làm các miếng nhỏ rồi tạo khe nhỏ giữa các miếng sả.
Kẹp tôm vào giữa khe của miếng sả đã tạo trước, xếp vào khay nướng có lót sẵn giấy bạc, đem nướng khoảng 12-15 phút.
